Before his career as a civil servant, Oliver served as president and CEO of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada and executive director of the Ontario Securities Commission.

Oliver was also the founding president of the Mutual Fund Dealers Association and holds a seat on the board of several think tanks and public companies.

McMorrow, who recently retired, had a lengthy, 38-year career at EY, at which she held numerous senior-management positions.

She holds a seat in various boards, serving as a director for non-profit organizations such as the Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation, Plan International Canada and NEXT Canada.
